  4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, you can choose between a full refund or an exchange for another item of equal value.
  5. Return Shipping: For faulty or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
